According to the details Daymond provided to the US Magazine, he proposed to Heather by getting down on a knee during the filming of ‘Shark Tank.’ He proposed to her with a beautiful custom-made 9.5-carat emerald-cut diamond ring on 22 September 2016. Furthermore, he also states that he had actually been planning on asking her hand for over three years.

Despite preparing for the past three years, Daymond claims that he was a bit nervous when he was going to propose to her. He explains his nervousness by saying that he had to give a romantic speech in front of everyone and there were chances that she would reject his proposal.
