John David Duggar and Abbie Burnett are going to add another baby to the Counting On family! The reality TV star couple announced that they are pregnant with their first child and it is safe to say that they are extremely happy about it.

The pair shared the great news via People, telling the news outlet that: ‘We are on Cloud nine about welcoming our own little Duggar into this world. It really is amazing to think about us being parents and having our own child to raise. We’re thankful God has blessed us with this new life, and we look forward to taking on this new adventure!’

The announcement was accompanied by a pic featuring the two of them in a plane’s cockpit posing with a tiny onesie that reads: ‘Baby Passenger On Board.’

The baby news comes almost nine months after the two tied the knot.

As for the traditional courting the Duggars do, it started back in June of 2018.

John David Duggar and Abbie Burnett have known one another for many years but only last year did they fall in love.

‘John flew in for a church event here in Oklahoma where I’m from. We really got connected then. We fell in love very quickly. And it has been a wonderful journey thus far and taking the next step to move onto a courtship,’ Abbie told People in an interview at the time.

Only a month into their courting, John realized Abbie was his other half and popped the big question, to which she obviously replied with ‘yes.’

On November 3, they tied the knot and now, they are getting ready to start parenthood together! What a ride!
